EAS Invest Group, LLC (EASIG) offers our Private Lenders 3 distinct programs to help them invest passively in Real Estate that provides a great return on investment.

Most Investors will never know how easy it is to earn ABOVE market returns while restoring Communities, Building Assets and Changing Lives.

We work with investors who want to leverage real estate to help diversify their portfolio and earn solid returns.

We provide honest solutions for investors looking to grow their real estate investment portfolios for better returns. 

Each program targets specific property types to achieve maximum returns for investors but also targets the highest number of buyers in the Hampton Roads market. This strategy achieves high returns and reduces short, medium and long term risks.

Every single investment provided by a private investor to EASIG is supported with a legally prepared and binding Promissory Note and a Mortgage/Security Agreement that includes the Real Estate as Security.

Disbursements of Moneys are managed through third party Title Agents and/or Attorneys. Investment moneys are never sent directly to EASIG and EASIG will never request or accept moneys directly from a lender without it being fully documented and secured by Real Estate. The moneys are sent to title company/attorney escrow accounts and the third party distributes moneys as directed after supporting documentation has been executed.

Protecting our investors is our number one priority. Although investing in general and investing in real estate has risks, EASIG works very hard to make sure our investors are protected and do not lose money. We cannot promise or make any guarantees but we deliver on our promissory notes and will do everything in our power to make sure an investor will not lose money.

Every property is adequately insured from the day of purchase to the day it sells. Insurance is purchased individually for each property.

The homes we purchase in each price range are not always in the best condition however they all have been identified to have the potential to be be fixed up and made livable and beautiful. These homes are NOT tear down/rebuild properties. They are good houses with great “bones” but need a lot of cosmetic work. Typically, EASIG will use the investors money to purchase the home and then use our own money to rehab the property. When complete we offer the property out via our Owner Finance model.

Program 1 – $30,000 investment for 5 years at 12%.

EASIG borrows $30,000 from the Private Lender for a term of 5 years. Each month a fixed payment including Principal and Interest is paid for 60 months until the full amount is repaid.

Program 2 – $60,000 investment for 10 years at 8%

EASIG borrows $60,000 from the Private Lender for a term of 10 years. Each month a fixed payment including Principal and Interest is paid for 120 months until the full amount is repaid.

Program 3 – $150,000 investment for 15 years at 5%

EASIG borrows $150,000 from the Private Lender for a term of 15 years. Each month a fixed payment including Principal and Interest is paid for 180 months until the full amount is repaid.

Emanuel opened Capable Home Buyers in 2019 just after moving to the USA from Australia with his wife Angela.
